Tour Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Kanha National Park, our representative will warmly welcome you and accompany you to the resort. After completing the check-in formalities and freshening up, you can “Travel Dance” or “Nature Walk” on your own after lunch. Return to the resort in the evening and enjoy the recreational facilities available on the premises at your leisure. Later, have some evening tea with snacks before an overnight stay at the resort.

Have a great start to your day with a nice hot cup of tea or coffee. Then, bright and early at 6 AM, get into an open Gypsy for a jungle safari at Kanha National Park. During the safari, you can enjoy some breakfast, all packaged by the resort. Once the safari is done, head back to the hotel to freshen up and relax. After a delicious lunch, get ready to explore the local sights such as Balancing Rock, and the Kanha Museum. End the day with a comfy night stay at a hotel. It's the perfect way to enjoy a trip full of adventures.

Wake up early, have your breakfast, and then check out from the resort and go on your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions

Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels..
Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel..
Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM..
Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel..
If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided..
For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided..
Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage..
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

Please make payments only to the company's accounts..
Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour..
Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..
Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
