Tour Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Kanha National Park, our representative will warmly welcome you when you reach the pre-booked accommodation. After checking in, you can have a delicious lunch that is included in your Kanha Holiday Package. After that, take some time to explore the surroundings. In the evening, you will go for your thrilling safari ride inside this wild area. A gypsy safari will give you a chance to explore the area of Kanha National Park and enjoy the views of wild animals living inside it. Late, come back to your resort, have a refreshing time, and then have your dinner before resting for the day.
Have a great start to the second day of your Kanha Tour Package with a nice hot cup of coffee in the peaceful surroundings of your room. Then, bright and early at 6 AM, get ready to go for a thrilling safari ride that is included in your Kanha Holiday Package. This ride will give you another chance to spot the wildlife of this place one more time. Also, animals remain active during the early morning and you can listen to the chirping sounds of birds. After some time, come back to your resort and have your lunch. After that, you can spend the day as you like. Go to sightseeing areas or just simply relax in your accommodation. Have dinner and enjoy a peaceful staying experience at night.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
- 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
- 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
- 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
- Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
- Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
- For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
- Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
- Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
- Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
- Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
- Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..
