Step 1:Go to the website kanhanationalpark.in, which is a private travel agency that facilitates safari booking service for Kanha. On that site, read all the information about the park, its zones, safaris, rules, etc. This might help you make the right choices when filling out the booking form.
Step 2: Then, on the site, go to the safari booking page and fill in the form given at the top. In that form, you have to fill in basic details related to safari such as the date of the safari (you can book up to 120 days in advance), zone preference (Core or Buffer), safari type (Gypsy or Canter), timing (Morning or Evening), and your name, contact number, and email ID. Make sure your email ID and phone number are correct because your permit will be sent there. Click “Book Now” to continue.
Step 3:A new page will open. with your basic information already filled in. Check everything carefully and add other details of the booking person, like their state and full address.
Step 4: Then, you will be required to fill in the details of all passengers traveling with you. For each person, you have to fill in details like their full name, age, gender, nationality, state, ID proof type, and ID number. Remember to fill in these details as per the ID you’re choosing in that option. You can add up to 6 passengers' information for 1 safari booking.
Step 5: Then click on the box that says “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy”. See the payable amount that will include the charges of permit, gypsy, guide, and services. Check in and continue to click on ”pay now”.
Step 6: Then a new page will open, where you have to check your final booking details. Check everything like the date of safari, timing, zone, your name, number, email, passenger details, and total amount.
Step 7: Then, click on the “Pay with Cashfree” option and make your payment by choosing any method from net banking, UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, or EMI options.
Step 8: After successful payment, your safari permit and voucher will be sent to your email and phone number within 24 hours. Carry these documents on the day of your safari in a printout format along with your identity cards.
